8	oz	Cream cheese, softened
1/4	c	Margarine, softened
1 1/2	tb	Milk
1/4	ts	Garlic powder
1/4	ts	Ground savory
1/8	ts	Ground oregano
1/8	ts	Dried dill weed
1/8	ts	Dried basil leaves
1/8	ts	Ground black pepper
